Red acoustic guitars are the imaginary flagship of the standard Furch acoustic guitar range. These instruments combine premium materials of the highest quality, the most advanced manufacturing and construction technologies including front and back tuning and exclusive details.

The Grand Auditorium Furch Red Gc-LR is made from premium materials - Alpine spruce on the soundboard and select Master Grade Indian rosewood on the back and sides. The Full-Pore High-Gloss finish, a full-pore, high-gloss lacquer finish, enhances the acoustic properties of the guitars, providing excellent surface protection and accentuating the wood's natural texture. Furch CNR System two-way neck bracing increases the strength, stability and durability of the neck.

Full-Pore Smooth-Slide Satin Finish optimizes playability and allows the neck to glide smoothly from chord to chord. The transparent pickguard lets the natural grain of the wood stand out while not affecting the resonance of the soundboard. Top-of-the-line Gotoh 510 mechanics in silver patina with polished ebony pegs and a 1:21 gear ratio guarantee stable tuning.

The guitar's extraordinary appearance is emphasised by the combination of fingerboard, headstock and headstock plate made from exclusive Central American ziricote wood with a distinctive grain. The beauty of the woods used is highlighted by a number of decorative details, led by the binding and premium ring rosette made of Hawaiian koa, pearl inlay on the soundboard and headstock (Abalone), pearl inlay on the fingerboard in the shape of a leaf or ebony pegs in the fingerboard with pearl eyelets.
