Furch Rainbow Dc-LR

The Furch Rainbow range of acoustic guitars gives every guitarist the opportunity to build an instrument to their own specifications. The guitars are based on a top-quality all-solid body in a master grade finish, which can be complemented with many elements and accessories from all Furch "color" models (hence the name Rainbow series).

The soundboard of the deluxe Dreadnought Rainbow Dc-LR model is made from select alpine spruce, while the back and sides are made from the highest quality Indian rosewood. The Full-Pore High-Gloss finish, a full-pore, high-gloss lacquer finish, enhances the acoustic properties of the guitars, provides excellent surface protection and accentuates the natural texture of the wood. The new Bevel Duo ergonomic feature provides maximum comfort even during extended playing.

The CNR System Active bracing ensures the durability of the instrument and good playability (matchmaking) even in the most demanding climatic conditions, i.e. the system adapts the neck adjustment to changes in humidity. This system also allows quick and easy adjustment of the neck (increasing or decreasing the aftermath).

Orientation on the ebony fingerboard is facilitated by circular position markers with white mother-of-pearl contour line and side linear markers. The guitar's refined look is accentuated by the redheart soundboard decoration complemented by black and white lines, premium redheart and mother-of-pearl rosette and ebony pegs for the headstock with mother-of-pearl eyelets. Stable tuning is guaranteed by high-quality Gotoh 510 mechanisms in silver patina with ebony pegs.

The guitar comes in a luxurious moulded case.

Few Czech products have such a worldwide reputation as Furch guitars. The company started in 1981 in one of the many garages of socialist Czechoslovakia, still illegal at the time. Today, the company's acoustic guitars are played by Suzanne Vega, Glen Hansard, David Knopfler, Aneta Langerová, David Koller, Xavier Baumaxa and many others.
