The Furch Blue range of acoustic guitars represents the more affordable full-mass guitars in the brand's range. They feature a minimalist design with maximum emphasis on the sound and playing qualities of the instrument.
The front plate of the Dreadnought Blue Plus D-CM acoustic guitar is made of solid AA-quality red cedar, while the back plate and sides are made of select mahogany of the same quality. Thanks to a special Full-Pore High-Gloss lacquer finish, the front is precisely polished, while the Open-Pore back and sides leave the natural pores of the wood exposed. The Furch CNR System's two-way neck bracing increases the neck's strength, stability and durability. The excellent acoustic properties of the instruments are enhanced by the special ribbing on the soundboard.
The fine craftsmanship of Furch Blue Plus guitars is accentuated by the imitation tortoiseshell binding, the double-ring rosette with black walnut inlay, brushed frets and a transparent pickguard that lets the natural beauty of the wood stand out. Orientation on the ebony fingerboard is facilitated by the side and front dot position markers. Precise and stable tuning is guaranteed by chrome-plated company mechanics with a gear ratio of 1:18.
