The Fulltone CLYDE DELUXE WAH is a flexible wah wah pedal based on the design of the famous 1960s Vox Clyde McCoys quacker. It offers three wah mods/voicings with the original Clyde Standard "Jimi" voicing, the bassier Wacked mod with a wider frequency range, and the trebly "70s funk style" Shaft mod. That's not all of the sound modification options - the Input Level control adjusts the strength of the input signal and determines whether to keep working with the clean sound/signal or give it a rockin' overdrive, plus there's a switchable JFET Buffer/Booster that can boost the signal by up to 20dB, work better with hi-gain amps and isolate the wah pedal from the other boxes in the pedalboard.
Of course, the durable steel chassis and the use of the best components guarantee high sound quality and noise elimination. The box offers switchable true bypass and buffered bypass circuitry. A 9V battery or 9V adapter is required for power supply (adapter not included).
The American brand Fulltone was one of the leading manufacturers of boutique pedal effects from the 1990s until the year of discontinuation (2022).
