This Telecaster is the signature model of Ritchie Kotzen, a virtuoso rock guitarist with a wide range of styles from country/blues/rock, hard rock to fusion rock/jazz.
The guitar's ash body is adorned with a flamed maple top veneer with impressive wood grain. The polyurethane lacquer finish guarantees the durability/gloss of the lacquer and the chosen colour finish. The maple neck with "Large C" profile is thicker than, for example, modern necks. Twenty-two jumbo-sized frets and mother-of-pearl position dots divide the fingerboard surface.
Two pickups from the renowned DiMarzio brand (a Chopper T single-coil mini-humbucker and a Twang King single-coil neck) give the guitar the sonic versatility needed to seamlessly transition between different musical genres. The character of the sound can be adjusted with a volume potentiometer, a three-position switch and a rotary knob to change the pickup connections (series-parallel).
The stability of tuning is guaranteed by the attachment of the strings in the Gotoh tuning machines and in the solid gold-plated six-saddle neck with the strings anchored through the body of the instrument. The stylish look of the guitar is accentuated by gold hardware, a company logo with signature on the headstock and a single-layer pickguard, which also protects the instrument's lacquer from scratches.
