Fender Player Plus electric guitars combine classic Fender design with modern features that enhance playing comfort to meet the demands of today's musicians. Although these are not US-Made guitars (they are manufactured in Ensenada, Mexico), they are also subject to comprehensive output controls.
The body of the Player Plus STRAT HSS PF SVB is made of alder. The modern C profile bolted maple neck and rounded edges offer optimal playing comfort. Twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets and position dots divide the pau ferro fingerboard surface.
The combination of a cobbler humbucker and two single-coil Player Plus Noiseless pickups gives the guitar both a fuller rock sound with higher output and a classic bright dynamic Strat tone - but without the unwanted effect of noise. The instrument's sonic arsenal is expanded by the push/pull function of the second tone shutter, which allows you to split the humbucker coils and change the configuration to pure single-coil. The guitar can thus be used in a wide range of musical styles.
The strings are anchored in the company's Deluxe Cast/Sealed Locking mechanism and synchronized tremolo with two-point locking. The stylish look is accentuated by the black three-layer pickguard and the company logo on the headstock.
The guitar comes in a gig bag.
