Fender Player Plus electric guitars combine classic Fender design with modern features that enhance playing comfort to meet the demands of today's musicians. Although these are not US-Made guitars (they are manufactured in Ensenada, Mexico), they are also subject to comprehensive output controls.
The body of the Player Plus Telecaster NASHVILLE TELE MN BTB is made of alder. The modern C profile bolted maple neck and rounded edges offer optimal playing comfort. Twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets and position dots divide the maple fingerboard surface.
The combination of the Player Plus Noiseless Tele single-coil pickup and Player Plus Noiseless Strat middle single provides the guitar with classic warm "tele twang" and Strat-character sounds - always without unwanted accompanying noise. The instrument's sonic arsenal is expanded by the push/pull tone shutter function, where switch positions 1 and 2 activate the neck pickup.
The strings are anchored in the company's Deluxe Cast/Sealed Locking mechanism and a solid fingerboard with steel saddles. The stylish look is accentuated by the black single-ply pickguard and the company logo on the headstock.
The guitar comes in a gig bag.
