Mustang guitars are a line of modeling guitar combos that combine the brand's legendary quality, tremendous versatility and high performance.
The GTX100 offers 40 guitar simulations - from Fender classics like the Blues Jr. And Vibro King to modern metal amps, dozens of great guitar effects and 200 presets that sonically cover a wide range of musical genres (country, rock, pop, R&B, jazz, metal). The user-friendly interface and clear LCD display provide an ideal platform for easy preset editing, effects sorting in the signal path, and other standard tasks. A plus is that the unit is equipped with WiFi connectivity and Bluetooth compatibility, so you can download updates and presets directly from the Fender cloud or via the Fender Tone 3.0 mobile app (the app can edit and backup presets), and of course, in the case of Bluetooth, stream your favourite music. One 12-inch Celestion speaker gives you rich sound in full dynamic range.
Traditional controls familiar from standard digital combos, i.e. volume, gain, reverb and a three-band EQ, allow you to change audio settings in real time. Many will enjoy the USB interface for direct connection to your PC/Notebook DAW, Aux In input for wired connection to older audio/mp3 players/sources, headphone output for quiet undisturbed playing, stereo effects loop output and two XLR outputs allowing you to plug in an external speaker or send audio directly to your mixing console.
Included is a GTX-7 seven-button footswitch with which you can flip through banks (up/down), the effects database, or control the tap-tempo or looper functions with a 60-second capacity.
