The Fender Hybrid II maple guitar neck combines traditional Fender aesthetics with sophisticated Japanese craftsmanship to offer the desirable and iconic feel of Fender MIJ instruments.
Manufactured in the same factory as the instruments in the Made in Japan line, the Hybrid II Stratocaster guitar neck features a modern "C" shape and combines a flatter 9.5" radius and 22 narrow high frets on a rosewood fingerboard. A satin urethane finish provides a smooth feel, and the narrower width of the zero fret makes playing easier.
This replacement neck is designed for Fender or Squier by Fender guitars. It should be noted that due to the fact that genuine Fender replacement necks were not fitted to guitar bodies, it is necessary to set up the saddle grooves, which should be done by a professional technician. Other installations may also be required, such as fret work, fitting the neck to the body pocket, and other adjustments to the instrument.
The neck is designed for Telecaster type electric guitars.
