Description of product

The King Vintage electroacoustic guitar belongs to the California Vintage series of the American brand Fender. These instruments harken back to Fender's original innovative designs from the 1960s. They are characterized by a combination of the features of acoustic guitars and electric guitars of the Stratocaster/Telecaster type.

The King Vintage Aged Natural features a large resonant body in the style of the Dreadnought models. The front of the guitar is made of solid Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are made of solid ovangkol. The resonance properties of the instrument are raised to a higher level by the Performance-X ribbing. A 20-fret ovangkol fingerboard is glued to an okoumé neck with a "Modern V" profile, and position blocks made of imitation mother-of-pearl facilitate orientation on its surface.

Stable tuning is guaranteed by the attachment of the strings via the bone zero and saddle frets in the company's 6-in-line electric guitar design and Vintage Viking headstock. The beautiful workmanship of the instrument is accentuated by the Aged White body binding with black and white lines, gold pickguard and nickel hardware.

True amplification of the natural acoustic sound is guaranteed by a Fishman Sonitone Plus preamp combining the sensing of an underbody piezo pickup and a contact pickup located in the body of the guitar. The character of the sound can be adjusted using the Volume and Blend controls, which adjust the piezo/body sensor pickup ratio.

The instrument comes in a carrying case.
