Fender's Performer line features electric guitars in classic designs (Strat, Tele, Jazzmaster, Mustang) that offer a range of contemporary features and functions in addition to traditional looks. These are instruments manufactured in Corona, California, whose quality will be appreciated by guitarists of all levels of advancement and playing experience.
The alder body of this Telecaster is covered in a gloss polyurethane lacquer. The "Modern C" neck profile, fingerboard radius and twenty-two jumbo frets guarantee guitarists playing comfort when using any guitar technique.
The combination of a Yosemite single-coil fingerboard with Alnico IV magnets and a neck humbucker gives the guitar a dynamic sound suitable for producing a wide range of musical genres. The original DualTap humbucker design allows you to alternate the thick tone of the humbucker with the clean characteristic of the single-coil (by unzipping the humbucker coils with the Push/Pull tone shutter function) while preventing volume loss in single-coil (coil-tap) mode. The guitar also boasts a modern Greasebucket circuit that allows you to take away treble without accentuating bass frequencies. Standard sonic adjustments include a volume potentiometer, tone shutters and a three-position pickup switch.
Traditional features are represented by the string attachment in the solid bridge and through the body of the instrument, the enclosed separate (six-in-line) tuning machines with 18:1 gear ratio, the 70's style headstock and logo or the three-layer pickguard.
The guitar comes in a deluxe gig bag.
