Description of product

Fender's Performer line features electric guitars in classic designs (Strat, Tele, Jazzmaster, Mustang) that offer a range of contemporary features and functions in addition to traditional looks. These are instruments manufactured in Corona, California, whose quality will be appreciated by guitarists of all levels of advancement and playing experience.

The alder body of this Jazzmaster type guitar with its characteristic offset shape is covered by a glossy polyurethane lacquer. A rosewood fingerboard with twenty-two jumbo frets and position dots is glued to a bolted maple neck. The "Modern C" neck profile, fingerboard radius and Jumbo frets guarantee guitarists playing comfort when using any guitar technique.

Two single-coil Yosemite pickups with Alnico IVs give the guitar a dynamic sound suitable for producing a wide range of musical genres. You can adjust its character with standard controls in the form of a volume potentiometer, tone shutter and a three-position pickup switch. The guitar also boasts a modern Greasebucket circuit that allows you to take away the highs without accentuating the bass frequencies.

The Jazzmaster's string and tailpiece are replaced on American Peformer models by the synchronized single-coil tremolo you know well from the Stratocaster. Traditional elements are represented by the closed single (six-in-line) tuning machines with 18:1 gear ratio, 70's style headstock and logo or the four-layer pickguard made of imitation tortoiseshell.

The guitar comes in a deluxe gig bag.
