Fender Player Series electric guitars represent the brand's basic quality range with a definite plus in the form of value for money. Although these are not US-Made guitars (they are made in Ensenada, Mexico), they are also subject to comprehensive output control.
The 70th Anniversary Player Stratocaster, Rosewood Fingerboard, Nebula Noir model from the limited Anniversary Series commemorates seven decades of timeless Fender Stratocaster sound and design. The guitar's alder body is covered in a glossy polyester lacquer and finished in a stylish Nebula Noir finish. A maple neck with a pleasing "Modern C" profile is glued to a rosewood fingerboard fitted with twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets.
Three proprietary Pure Vintage '59 Single-Coil Strat pickups give the guitar a richly articulate sound with Fender DNA that will stand out in a wide range of musical styles. Adjust the character of the sound with the volume potentiometers, tone shutter and five-position pickup switch. The strings are mounted across the bone fretboard in the company's tuning machines and synchronized tremolo with steel saddles and two-point anchoring. The stylish look is accentuated by a four-layer imitation mother-of-pearl pickguard and the company logo on the headstock.
The guitar comes in a deluxe gig bag.
