LTD SNAKEBYTE is a more affordable signature model of the electric guitar of James Hetfield, the leader of the world-famous Metallica, from ESP LTD.
The guitar catches the eye at first glance with its original body design based on Hetfield's popular Explorer model. The body itself is made of mahogany. The glued neck composed of three pieces of mahogany with a narrower fast Thin U profile is joined by a fingerboard made of Makasar ebony fitted with twenty-two Extra Jumbo frets. Orientation on its surface is facilitated by position dots and a distinctive motif on the twelfth fret.
Two active EMG humbuckers provide the instrument's sound with the necessary fullness and precise articulation for vocal solos or chord breakdowns, as well as density and aggression for ultra-fast guitar shred and sharply chiseled rock and metal riffs. The strings are held in the company's high quality locking Tonepros Locking TOM and stringer.
The guitar comes in a carrying case.
