MH-1000 electric guitars are part of the LTD Deluxe series, which represents the best of LTD production. The sound, design, craftsmanship and playability of the instruments in this series fully stand up to comparison with more expensive "high-end" guitars.
Guitars with the MH designation combine elements of the M and H series in their design. The mahogany body of the MH-1000NT FM CHARCOAL BURST guitar is decorated with a fancy veneer of flamed maple and Charcoal Burst finish. A three-piece maple neck with a set-thru construction, i.e. the neck recessed deeper into the body, is joined by an Ebony Macassar fingerboard fitted with twenty-four Extra Jumbo stainless steel frets. Its radius flattens towards the body - allowing both comfortable riffing at the zero fret and comfortable ultra-fast shred at higher positions.
Two active Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers with ceramic and Alnico magnets give the guitar a great dynamic sound (without any accompanying noise) with precise articulation of individual notes/chords and, if needed, a good dose of punch/aggressiveness. The push/pull tone shutter function allows you to switch between voicings - so the guitar's sonic arsenal is much wider than it might first appear. A three-position pickup switch completes the controls as standard.
Stable tuning and quick string changes are guaranteed by the attachment of the strings in the LTD locking mechanisms and through the Tonepros Locking TOM bridge through the body.
