The LTD Black Metal electric guitars series presents instruments with good playing characteristics, sound, minimalistic control, and above all, absolutely uncompromising dark black design of all components. Thus, it targets players of extreme metal genres, where it belongs in terms of sound character.
The guitar body is made of alder, the neck is made of three pieces of maple with Extra Thin U profile and the fingerboard is made of Makasar ebony with twenty-four Extra Jumbo frets. You'd look in vain for position markers on the fingerboard - they don't fit in with the guitar's dark concept.
The Blackened Black Winter passive humbucker offers good distortion, high output and a typically cool "Scandinavian" tone. The strings are mounted in a Floyd Rose double-reverse tremolo, which you use to enrich your playing with impressive sound effects. High-quality Grover mechanics and locks on the zero fret guarantee stable tuning even with frequent use of the tremolo lever. Hardware and the company logo on the headstock in dark black underline the stylish design of the instrument.
