The ESP LTD GL-200 MT is a more affordable version of the signature M-1 Sunburst Tiger (one of the very first ESP signature models). With this instrument, guitarist George Lynch, in the ranks of the then extremely popular glam band Dokken, charmed crowds of enthusiastic female fans as early as the mid-1980s.
At first glance, the guitar already catches the eye with its absolutely period-defining tiger design. Its body is made of linden. A maple fingerboard fitted with twenty-two Extra Jumbo frets is glued to a bolted maple neck with a narrower Thin U fast profile. Position dots make it easy to navigate its surface.
A passive cobbler humbucker provides the guitar with the necessary sonic drive. The strings are mounted in the company's tuning machines and in a Floyd Rose Special double-turn tremolo with which you can add impressive sound effects to your playing. Locks on the zero fret ensure maximum tuning stability even with frequent use of the lever.
