EC-1000 electric guitars are part of the LTD Deluxe series. Their tone, design, workmanship and playing characteristics fully correspond to professional instruments. The body of this guitar is made of mahogany. The binding surrounding the body, neck and headstock of the guitar contrasts well with the color finish of the instrument. The three-piece mahogany neck with a set-thru construction, i.e. a neck recessed deep into the body, is joined by a Makasar ebony fingerboard fitted with twenty-four Extra Jumbo frets. Orientation is traditionally facilitated by mother-of-pearl position blocks.
Two Fishman Fluence active humbuckers with ceramic and alnico magnets give the guitar maximum sonic flexibility and the necessary drive. Thanks to the push/pull tone shutter function, you can switch between active and passive electronics. The strings are mounted in the company's quality LTD Locking tuning machines on one side and in the stringers on the other. The black hardware and logo on the headstock accentuate the guitar's stylish look.
