The ESP E-II series are electric guitars made in factories in Japan, forming a bridge between the top ESP USA models and the more affordable LTD line. These are instruments made with quality materials and components that not only look great, but sound great too.
The E-II SN-3 HT Tiger Eye Sunburst model is based on the specifics of ESP Snapper guitars. The alder body of the instrument is decorated with a top made of flamed maple. The wood grain is accentuated by a spectacular Tiger Eye Sunburst finish. The bolted three-piece maple neck is glued to an ebony fingerboard fitted with twenty-two Extra Jumbo frets. Scalloping between the 15th and 22nd frets facilitates the tone-pulling/bending technique.
A Fishman Fluence Modern Ceramic humbucker and two Fishman single-coil pickups give the guitar the ultimate sonic versatility that makes its awesome dynamic sound stand out in a wide range of musical styles - from prog metal to jazz/fusion. Adjust the character of the sound using the volume and tone potentiometers and the five-position pickup switch. Activate the guitar's second voicing with the push/pull tone control.
The strings are mounted in Gotoh locking mechanisms and a Hipshot through the body. The guitar comes in a case.
