The Pico 360+ is a modified version of the best-selling 360 Nano Looper from the American company Electro-Harmonix. Its compact body houses 6 minutes of recording time, 11 memory banks for storing loops, infinite audio layering and a host of handy features to create rich and ambient sound canvases.
The box's control panel offers four potentiometers. The Loop Level lets you adjust the loop volume, the Dry Level lets you control the volume of the passing signal, and the Loop control lets you choose between 11 loops stored in memory banks. Perhaps the most interesting feature, however, is the Overdub control, which lets you adjust the volume of previous loops - in the rightmost position, the loop will repeat at the same volume, if you turn the control all the way to the left, the loop will play once and then delete, and all positions in between will affect the smooth fade-out of the loop with each repeat. This way you can create a subtle ambience and not be brainwashed by playing the same loops over and over again.
The 44.1 kHz sampling rate and 24-bit ADC guarantee high sound quality and fidelity even with significant track layering. The box is wired as a buffered bypass, so you don't have to worry about signal loss even when used in a long effects chain. All electronics are housed in a durable metal chassis and powered by the included 9V adapter.
