The secret weapon of this pedal is the silicon transistors that offer superior response and huge gain. These allow you to achieve a biting sound, but with a rounder tone that won't overwhelm you with distorted highs.

There are four potentiometers for easy control. The Bias knob is the centrepiece of the control panel and determines the character of the resulting sound - you can achieve anything from dry, closed fuzz to properly punchy analogue synth tones. The Tone knob lets you clip higher frequencies to influence the overall harmonic sound of the effect. You can get a bright and punchy tone or enjoy rich sustain and a deeper sound. Next, there's Fuzz, which lets you move across the spectrum from light to the densest tones, and finally there's the classic Level control, which adjusts the fuzz level of the effect.
