Advanced touchscreen and digital workflow
The SC6000 Prime will amaze you with its advanced 10.1-inch, full-color display with multitouch and gesture support. The display is spacious enough to comfortably browse your extensive music library, but also to edit playlists and folders. Zoom in on the waveform currently playing, view and edit the contents of your folder, and dramatically speed up your workflow. The player also reliably analyzes unloaded tracks (including Rekordbox library, loads hot-cues and loops).

Media of the future, streaming services directly in the player
The SC6000 operates with two outputs with a sample rate of 96 kHz and a bit depth of 24 bits. The player supports all major compressed and uncompressed media and formats and also comes with an integrated WiFi interface and Ethernet port. DJs can now only access the TIDAL streaming platform through the player, which will soon be complemented by Beatport, Beatsource and Soundcloud as part of free software updates.

Enlarged 8.5'' jog wheel
Fine-tune speeds, find your first time or scratch with the enlarged jog wheel, newly set to your personal preference with redesigned stiffness settings and a completely personalised response. The central LCD display shows all key track information, album and track art but also your logo for example. Together with the coloured LED backlighting around the platter perimeter, the SC6000 delivers complete visual personalisation in addition to top performance.

Mixing in key
Create harmonically perfect sets with the automated categorization of individual tracks by key. You can view the key for each track both traditionally and via the Camelot wheel.

Tactile pads
The SC6000's rubber launch pads feature an unusually fast response for more intuitive and faster operation during your performances. The pads have selectable Hot-Cue, Loop, Roll and Slicer modes that directly invite sample slicing, instant remixing and build-up extension/cutting. Reinterpret your music collection and give classic tracks a new lease of life.

Any storage
The SC6000 reliably loads all current digital music libraries. 3 USB ports and 1 SD card slot provide ample time and space for seamless DJing, and in addition to flash drives, you can load large terabyte libraries using the 2.5'' HDD slot. Networked players require only one HDD connected. In addition, the player remembers all the interventions it automatically invokes after loading the storage media (cue points, loop regions, play history, prep lists, track analysis).

Advanced Timestretch algorithm
Track rate detection (BPM) is increasingly popular with progressive DJs today, the SC6000 works with an advanced algorithm that evaluates rates across different digital formats to deliver high quality audio without unwanted artifacts even during drastic changes in rates.

Two layers
Like the SC5000, the SC6000 Prime features two layers. This makes the SC6000 two players in one, without the use of a PC. Each "layer" has its own audio output (24-bit/96kHz) and the device supports all uncompressed formats including FLAC, ALAC and WAV and of course all popular, commonly used compressed music formats.

Serato DJ Pro
The SC6000's touchscreen brings advanced DVS control to Serato DJ Pro software. So we're talking about controlling and configuring Serato DJ Pro FX, filters and more*.

ENGINE PRIME library
ENGINE PRIME is an efficient way to categorize and navigate your music library in an advanced way. Import tracks from fully compatible Rekordbox™, iTunes, Serato and NI Traktor collections (including cues, loops and metadata) or just drag and drop tracks from a folder in your browser. "Stuff" the beatgrid and then export your prepared lists to a flash drive, SD card or HDD.

ENGINE Connect
The entire PRIME series communicates together via a 5-port LAN router integrated into the X1850 PRIME mixing console.

Several new features and fixes have been added with the next update. Some of the highlights include:

- Touch FX: Use the touch screen to control and work with effects in a whole new way. Touch FX allows you to easily create and extend build-ups, drops and transitions using gestures like swiping in any direction. With the ability to capture Touch FX, you can focus on other aspects of the mix while the effect remains active. Various Touch FX are available, such as Filter Echo, Filter Reverb, Filter Roll, LFO Echo, Filter Dub Echo, Filter Gate, Noise Gate, Flanger, LFO Filter and Filter.

- New Main Effects: Denon DJ devices now include 26 new and updated main effects. These effects help DJs build energy, create tension, ease transitions and personalize their performances. New main effects include Echo Out, Swell Verb, Hold Echo, Recycler, Stutter Out, Riser, Pitch Down, Scale Down, Reverb, LFO Verb, Reverb Drop, Reverse Reverb, Reverb Rise, Flanger (-), Beat Break, Backspin, Brake and Roll.

Enhancements and fixes:
- All effects now offer a Frequency parameter that allows you to apply the effect to a specific frequency range.

- Sampler Updates:

- Audio from the sampler can be routed to any available channel or to the main output. To change the sampler routing, open the Settings and select the Mixer tab.

- Sampler pad mode is also now accessible by pressing the ROLL button twice without holding down the Shift button. (Denon DJ Hardware)

- The sampler volume setting is now preserved between power-ups.

- Added the ability to read Smartlists created in Engine DJ (Desktop).

- Fixed: Song previews can now be redirected directly to headphones for instant listening of song previews without a preset Cue source. (PRIME 4)

- Adjusted the wording of the effect parameter refresh settings to make it clearer.

- Fixed: Fixed an issue where the "Add Date" field incorrectly set newly added tracks to the day before.

- Fixed: Fixed an issue where the internal hard drive did not appear as a source immediately after an update.
