dB Technologies LVX 12W is a professional active 12" speaker with a peak power of 1600 watts.
The LVX range of active loudspeakers is the answer to all the requirements of sound engineers for fixed installations and live sound systems where lightweight, stylish, portable and powerful sound systems are a must. With experience in designing touring equipment, the new LVX range offers clever solutions with special attention to the needs of fixed and portable installations.
The tuning of these loudspeakers is very linear, so they are designed for any audio content with excellent dynamic response and high power levels. The constant directivity pivoting horn dispersion is symmetrical to maintain equal coverage in horizontal use. This will be especially appreciated when used in a stage monitor position. The digital amplifiers (DIGIPRO® series) are completely silent due to their low thermal dissipation. The internal DSP unit is responsible for adjusting the crossover frequency, frequency response and acoustic equalization, as well as 2 different preset EQs.
The cabinet is made of sturdy 12 mm plywood and looks very elegant. The LVX 12 is equipped with a single top handle for easy transport. A D 36 mm pole mount extension on the bottom allows all LVX speakers to be placed on spacers or tripods.
Two types of wall mounting brackets are available as optional accessories - one for vertical installation, especially live applications with variable tilt, and the other for horizontal permanent installations where the tilt position can be easily changed. All models and associated accessories are available in black or white.
