The Boss Reverb RV-500 pedal effect is packed with the most advanced technology and the most sophisticated sounds Boss has to offer today. It offers 12 basic reverb effect modes and 21 variations. You can edit each of the effects at will. Plus, with converters operating at 32-bit/96kHz quality in sound quality comparable to the best studio hardware.
With a powerful DSP processor, this pedal offers more than one sound in many variations. A/B Simul mode allows you to control two selected reverbs with one pedal. On each of the sound mods there is an adjustable digital delay effect with its own, i.e. independent, modulation and EQ controls. The effect also has an input for external drive/expression pedals.
The RV-500 also offers 297 built-in audio memories and their drivers, a MIDI interface for working with MIDI applications, and a USB-MIDI interface for connecting to MD-500 Editor/Librarian software and DAWs. You can also choose between true-bypass and buffered bypass modes. If you're looking for a widely applicable reverb that doesn't lack anything a proper guitarist should offer, the RV-500 is definitely the right choice.
