Boss IR-2 is a premium guitar emulator and cab IR loader in the format of a classic Boss compact pedal. You can choose from eleven types of guitars paired with Celestion digital IRs and easily adjust the sound using the easy-to-use controls. You can switch the emulations of the instruments and speakers on/off completely independently. Use the mono/stereo loop for post-amp effects (delay, reverb, modulation), or connect headphones for silent practice and monitoring. And with the USB-C interface, you can connect the IR-2 to your music software or record your favorite speaker IRs.
The Boss IR-2 also offers 32-bit/96kHz audio quality, an ambience effect with dedicated controller, mono input and stereo outputs, the ability to switch between two types of amp/cab sounds using a footswitch pedal or external footswitch (not included), and the IR-2 IR Loader app for recording your own IRs.
