Boss GT-1000CORE

The GT-1000 Core guitar multieffect builds on the concept of the larger GT-1000 multieffect. It uses the patented AIRD (Augmented Impulse Response Dynamics) technology based on the Tube Logic concept already used in the Katana, Waza and Blues Cube, which brings a natural tube feel and dynamics to the sound of individual effects and optimized integration with any external devices, supported by a powerful next-generation DSP processor and high-end AD/DA converters working in 32-bit/96 kHz quality.

The multi-effect offers 24 simultaneous effect blocks (including two virtual machines) with over 140 great-sounding virtual machine and effect types, 500 presets (250 factory, 250 user) and 16 slots for user IRs. Original Boss machines, the sounds of treasured vintage combos, modern hi-ga machines, classic BOSS boxes, retro stompboxes, effects using MDP (Multi-Dimensional Processing) technology and advanced algorithms from the BOSS 500 effects line (DD-500, MD-500, RV-500) - everyone, including bassists, can find or create their own sound here (the multi-effect offers three AIRD bass preamps, eight distortion/overdrive effects, an MDP compressor for bass, plus chorus, flanger, touch wah and other refined effects for bass).

The GT-1000 Core will stand alone as a standalone effects processor, but its more compact form factor and flexible signal routing options make it easy to integrate into your pedalboard. Two effects loops make it easy to integrate external pedal effects, connect using the four-cable method, or output the signal to PA and recording equipment. Expanded control options and greater user comfort are offered with two inputs for external switchers/expression pedals and MIDI I/O for easy integration of MIDI controllers and switches into your rig. The USB and MIDI interfaces also guarantee easy connection to your DAW, where all parameter editing can be done on your Mac/Windows PC or laptop thanks to the BOSS Tone Studio software.

The list of other functions and features also includes a tuner with +0.1 cent accuracy and mono/poly display and a looper (recording time 38 seconds in mono, 19 seconds in stereo). The included adapter is used to power the multieffect.
