The Behringer ULM300LAV is a high-performance 2.4GHz digital wireless system containing a lapel microphone, transmitter and receiver.
The ULTRALINK ULM300LAV wireless system includes the ULM300L lapel microphone, the ULM300BP belt-pack transmitter and the ULM300RL single-channel wireless receiver. The custom-designed microphone capsule and transmitter are engineered to offer high-quality sound optimized for speech.
The state-of-the-art transmitter and receiver operate in the 2.4 GHz frequency band with a range of 30 m, which is beyond the reach of TV stations and mobile operator networks whose signals are often a source of unwanted interference. In addition, the microphone signal is digitally encoded, so the source is transmitted in its full original quality with high resolution and without the random artifacts that often plague other wireless systems.
In developing the ULM300BP transmitter, extra time was taken to ensure that battery life was extended as much as possible. With a pair of AA alkaline batteries, available virtually anywhere in the world, you get a fair 24 hours of operation. There is an ON/OFF switch in case of sudden feedback or when you need to turn the transmitter off.
Setup couldn't be easier, as the ULM300BP transmitter automatically pairs with the ULM300RL single channel receiver without you having to deal with any setup. Convenient LEDs on the receiver's front panel indicate signal presence and strength, while indicators on the transmitter let you know at a glance when it's time to change the batteries. The audio outputs are a balanced XLR and an unbalanced 6.3 mm Jack, allowing connection to PA and conferencing systems or high-quality instrument amplifiers.
