The Behringer KM1700 is a professional 1700 Watt stereo amplifier equipped with ATR (Accelerated Transient Response) technology.
With Accelerated Transient Response (ATR) technology, the KM1700 offers 1700 W of power in a lightweight package weighing just 12.5 kg. The combination of ample power (1700 W in Bridge mode; 2 x 800 W/4 Ohm or 2 x 500 W/8 Ohm) and superior efficiency gives you a super-powerful working tool that will keep your setup running for years to come.
By carefully selecting transistors and optimizing other patented parts of our circuitry, the KM amplifier is able to respond instantly to even the most demanding electronic bass impulses, so your audience will hear tighter bass, clearer and more natural sounding. Instead of relatively smooth operation like most power amplifiers, the KM1700 features rail tracking for superior performance and efficiency.
Front panel controls and indicators provide an overview of important system functions. All channels feature Gain controls with positive graduation, Signal LEDs that light up when a signal is present, and Clip LEDs that alert when the input signal is reduced.
The rear panel features balanced XLR and 6.3 mm Jack connectors. For secure speaker connections, there are professional locking NL4 (Speakon) speaker outputs. There are also switches that switch the amplifier to Mono, Stereo (dual channel mode) or mono Bridge mode. The Limiter On/Off switch activates the built-in overload protection.
