The second version of Arturia's popular MiniLab controller features a modern design and overall more robust construction. The keyboard and controls have undergone improvements, the 16 rotary knobs have a pleasing resistance and the pitch and modulation knobs have been replaced by touch strips. Of course, there are 8 pressure sensitive and RGB backlit pads for triggering drums and loops.
But what makes this controller special is the bundled software. Analog Lab Lite offers hundreds of presets and 17 instruments from the award-winning V-Collection. So by the time you start, you immediately have the sounds of analogue synths, organs, strings, etc. at your disposal. Also included is the UVI Grand Piano Model D, the carefully sampled sound of the Steinway D concert grand piano found in concert halls around the world. To help you get your ideas on the record right away, you also get DAW software and the powerful Ableton Live Lite sequencer that no producer can do without these days.
