New for 2019, Alesis is introducing the Turbo Mesh Kit, which will make the world of electronic drums more accessible to beginners or players who prefer acoustic drums. At a very affordable price, it contains all the essential elements to enable quiet playing on a kit with the response and feel of an acoustic kit.
As the name implies, the Turbo Mesh Kit offers a complete set of mesh blanks that are normally supplied with kits in much higher price ranges. Their main advantage is the natural feel of the playing, very close to the response of real blanks, as well as the higher acoustic comfort, allowing ultra-quiet practice. In addition to four eight-inch mesh pads, three ten-inch cymbal pads are also available.
With the Turbo module, there are 10 drum kits and 120 types of sounds available, and you can jam with 30 preset songs, or connect your phone or tablet and use your own songs - with USB and Aux connectors, connecting to other devices is a breeze. The module is equipped with a metronome, and of course headphone and stereo outputs.
The kit includes everything you need to play - a solid aluminium ramp, a full set of pads and cymbals, a kick pedal, hi-hat pedal and a pair of drumsticks are included. Just select a suitable drum stool and you're ready to go.
