Aer amp two

Apparatus for acoustic instruments from the German company AER are among the absolute top of the world production. They completely honour the natural tone of the instruments and give them a sonic brilliance and robustness that only instruments of much greater construction and weight are capable of. They are thus completely unrivalled in their class.

The Amp series stands out from the pack at this point. These are combos for electric bass guitars. Otherwise, however, all the above applies.

The Amp Two is the largest of the basses produced by AER, with a power output of 240 watts. It is a single channel bass combo with a big sound; either in the bass or treble frequencies. Its clear advantage is its wide range of sound settings. You can influence the tone colour with adjustable audio filters, i.e. the three-band parametric EQ and the Tone Balance section, as well as fixed ones, i.e. the Colour and Bass Boost buttons. This gives you plenty of options to enhance the sound of your bass guitar and add another sonic dimension to it. You can easily adjust the signal dynamics with the integrated compressor. Unlike the other two models (amp one/three), this is located before the EQ section.

On the rear panel, the combo offers everything you really need, i.e. effect loop inputs/outputs and outputs for connecting an active subwoofer, footswitch, tuner or headphones. A symmetrical DI output sends the signal from the combo directly to a mixing desk or recording device. The Insert pre/post EQ connectors can connect additional external effects to the signal line. The aux in stereo input connects a CD/Mp3 player or other audio source to the combo. You can thus support your performance with background music. A EURO mains cable is used for power supply.

The cabinet of the combo is made of eighteen millimeter wide birch plywood. At its heart are two speakers; a twelve-inch neodymium magnet and a four-inch.
