New Powered Studio Monitors / HN275976
The Adam D3V is a compact active listening monitor designed for composers, producers and music lovers with a subtle design and built-in DAC with USB connectivity. With very close listening capability and internal room acoustic correction, the D3Vs are also ideal for sound engineers on the road and mobile studios.
Each active pair is equipped with 3.5" aluminium woofers, which are complemented by double-sided passive radiators for extended response in the lower spectrum, such a small monitor then achieves bass coverage up to 45 Hz. AMT's signature tweeter is incorporated in the form of a 1.5" D-ART model, providing the same accurate and distortion-free treble for which these established monitors are known. The bi-amp amplifier features 80W and 40W of power for the woofers and D-ART drivers respectively.
Monitoring settings can be adjusted with DSP-enabled room acoustic switches, and the speakers come with table stands and a microphone tripod mounting interface (3/8").
A distinct advantage of the D3V is the USB-C interface, which allows the system to act as an audio output device, eliminating the need for an additional external audio interface for playback. There are also analog balanced TRS inputs for traditional audio applications, or a front headphone jack and multi-function volume control.
