The ADAM Audio A8H is a professional quality active three-way studio midfield monitor.

ADAM Audio monitors have gained a worldwide reputation for the innovations the brand has introduced in speaker technology. It's no coincidence, then, that this top-of-the-line A Series model won Sound on Sound magazine's prestigious award in February 2024 .

Adam Audio's new studio monitor series replaces the popular AX series after twelve years. The key features of the new series are exceptional sound quality, almost comparable to the higher-end S Series, higher performance, DSP presets, Room Correction, the ability to control the DSP with dedicated software via Ethernet from a computer and, most importantly, the completely unique ability to measure your own ROOM preset using Sonarworks and save it directly to the monitors and then use it without having to have a computer on.

The Adam A8H is the most powerful studio monitor in the A Series. The monitor's three-band construction consists of an 8" woofer made from multi-layer mineral fibre (MLM), an innovative 3.5" midrange transducer (MLM) and a hand-crafted, precision X-ART ribbon tweeter. The combination of these transducers in conjunction with the 340 W RMS internal amplifier provides a very wide frequency range of 31 Hz - 45 kHz.

The rear panel includes XLR and RCA connectors for audio signal connection, an Ethernet RJ45 port for remote control, a volume control, Voicing mode adjustment, and four potentiometers for Room Adaptation correction settings. In addition, a three-month full version of Sonarworks room acoustics measurement software is included.

Suitable for professional monitoring in medium to large spaces, the Adam A8H is the right choice if you're looking for the most detailed sound reproduction possible. The monitor is available in left (A) and right (B) versions.
