We’re a great team with a perfectly equipped guitar and electrical workshop that enables us to tackle any problem. We take a responsible approach to every repair, regardless of where the instrument was bought or how old it is. In the past year, we’ve fixed more than 9,000 different guitars and over 2,000 amps, pianos and mixing desks.

We can handle everything

We'll take on any guitar in our guitar workshop. We always try to service instruments as required by each individual customer. We enjoy the broad support of leading music industry brands, meaning our electrical workshop has everything we need to able to perform professional repairs of any audio gear.

Personal approach

An individual approach is important to us. You can always discuss what you need with our trained staff, who will explain to you what the problem is and how it will be sorted out.

We are officially an authorised service centre for a number of Czech and global brands. With their trust and support, we guarantee that we can handle everything.

Repairing musical instruments is what we’re all about! Our service team has years of experience, perfect facilities and reliable support from the manufacturers themselves. Our guitar workshop specialises in routine and comprehensive service work, repairing electronics and reconstructing old instruments.

Regular service - e.g. setting up a guitar or replacing frets - that's a piece of cake for us. Our electrical workshop repairs sound equipment, amps, pianos and other audio gear.

You can bring in the instrument or gear you want servicing in person to the service department of one of our stores, or can send them via any shipping service. Just remember to include a cover letter describing the problem and including your contact details, including a return address. Any questions you have about a specific job will be answered by our trained reception staff, while everything else will be taken care of by the Service Centre. You then just wait for a message saying your gear has been repaired.

*In our Brno store, we only provide basic guitar service. Instruments needing more complex service work are sent to the service centre in Modřany, Prague.
