PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. You hereby agree that AUDIO PARTNER s.r.o., with offices at Mezi Vodami 23, ID No.: 27114147, registered in the public registry maintained at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 109711 (hereinafter only "the Data Controller"), in the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection (hereinafter only "Personal Data Protection Act"), will process the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail, phone number, purchasing behaviour.
2. The name, surname, phone number, e-mail and the purchasing behaviour shall be processed for the purpose of the mailing of marketing messages. The data will be processed by the Data Controller until the consent is withdrawn.
3. You are granting your express consent with the above specified processing. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, e.g. by sending an email or a letter to the contact of AUDIO PARTNER s.r.o.
4. The processing of the personal data is performed by the Data Controller, however, the personal data can be processed for the Data Controller also by the following processors: Software provider Yottly DiffSolutions s.r.o.
5. Please, note that according to the Personal Data Protection Act you are entitled:
   • to withdraw your consent at any time,
   • to require information regarding which of your personal data are processed by us,
   • to require an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
   • to require access to the data and to have them updated or modified,
   • to require deletion of your personal data, to contact us or the Personal Data Protection Authority in case of any doubts regarding the compliance with the obligation associated with the personal data processing.
