The Sigma SDR-35 is a full-massive dreadnought acoustic guitar from the higher-end Custom Guitars series that is sure to appeal to even the most demanding musicians with its craftsmanship, premium materials and playability.
The front of the guitar is made of solid Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are made of three pieces of solid Indian rosewood. The combination of these woods guarantees a clear sound with warm bass and great dynamic response. An ebony fingerboard is glued to the mahogany neck, which is attached to the body with a Dovetail Neck Joint at the 14th fret as standard. Orientation on the fingerboard surface is facilitated by pearl position markers.
The strings are held in open nickel Grover mechanisms with Butterbean pegs and an ebony fingerboard. The zero fret and compensated bone saddle ensure ideal vibration transfer of the strings. The fine workmanship is accentuated by the burnished gloss finish of the body, the body peripheral binding complemented by black and white lines, the back plate decoration, the decorative Madagascar rosewood fingerboard, the pickguard made of imitation tortoiseshell and the company logo on the headstock.
The guitar comes in a handy soft case.
