Modern amp modelling technology has reached the point where you can fit the sound of not just one guitar, but 20 guitars into a small pedal effect chassis with the IK MULTIMEDIA ToneX One compact box. Twenty presets that you'll always have with you - on stage, in the studio, on the road, or anywhere else.
IK MULTIMEDIA ToneX One can be used in place of your heavy, bulky guitar/bass or as a classic pedal effect (overdrive, distortion, fuzz). The control panel is dominated by the Volume/Gain knob, above it are three micro knobs Bass/Gate, Mid/Comp and Treble/Reverb. What looks like an LED indication is in reality the Alt button, which you'll often use when changing settings.
The box operates in two modes - Dual offers two presets/modulations and switching between them via footswitch, i.e. the pedal effect works like a two-channel machine, while in the Stomp mode the box behaves like a standard pedal effect. As with its bigger and older brother, ToneX Pedal, a key feature is the ability to import and edit presets from the Tonex app/software, where over 200 modelled instruments, speakers and pedal effects are available, plus thousands of user patches.
ToneX One also offers a built-in equalizer (studio-grade), compressor, reverb, noise gate and tuner, 3 slots for your favorite settings, universal stereo output (audio and headphone) and a USB-C interface for interfacing with the software (can also be used to power the box).
A 9V adapter is required for power, battery power is not available. Along with the product you will also get the Tonex SE player/modeler and the AmpliTube 5 SE software.
