The Electro-Voice ZLX 8 G2 is a passive 8" speaker with 1000 W / 8 Ohm.
The new generation ZLX-G2 forms Electro-Voice's line of professional and best-selling loudspeakers, setting a new standard for performance and features in its class. The ZLX-G2 is a leader in acoustic performance and also impresses with its extended frequency range or Electro-Voice's patented Signal Synchronized Transducers (SST) technology - a specific design that provides better bass response despite its subtler dimensions and more even coverage across the frequency spectrum.
The ZLX 8 G2 uses a standard NL4 connection, with two parallel connectors available. For optimum acoustics and performance, the manufacturer recommends using Dynacord amplifiers with a DSP unit and SONICUE database, which allows you to select a specific EV speaker model to optimise the performance of the entire set-up.
A range of accessories are also available within the ZLX-G2 series, such as padded carrying cases, an Ubracket for mounting 12" and 15" models, or universal wall-mount brackets compatible with all models.
