The Yamaha PSR-E283 features a direct user interface. When selecting a voice, style or function, you can select everything directly using the button/category number without the need for complicated controls.

Thanks to the headphone output (Jack 3.5mm), you can play and practice without emitting sound from the built-in speakers. Manually played phrases on the instrument are easily recorded and saved as user tracks for playback. Connect an external audio source (e.g. mobile phone or mp3 player) via the AUX input (Jack 3.5 mm). You can use this instrument anywhere thanks to the ability to run on AA size batteries (not included), mains adapter available.
