The body of the Les Paul Modern Studio Worn White guitar is covered in a satin nitrocellulose lacquer. The mahogany neck with Slim Taper profile, combined ebony fingerboard radius, modern neck foot shape and back body cutout offer great playability and a completely natural feel when playing at all fretboard positions. The fingerboard surface is divided by twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets and positional imitation mother-of-pearl blocks.
Two 490R/498T humbuckers take care of the sound of the instrument. These modern pickups are based on the sound of the 57 Classic models, only with more pronounced characteristics in the midrange to achieve a more contemporary humbucker sound. Adjust the character of the sound using the volume and tone diaphragm potentiometers with push/pull functions and the three-position pickup switch. For the volume knobs, this is a coil-tap function, whereby lifting the potentiometers changes the character of the sound from humbucker to single-coil, the push/pull function of the tone shield changes the pickups' wiring (out of phase), or bypasses all the drivers (pure bypass).
The strings are mounted in Grover Rotomatic tuning machines and through a Nashville Tune-O-Matic aluminum headstock in the stringers. The stylish design of the instrument is accentuated by black nickel hardware and a black pickguard.
The guitar comes in a high quality soft shell case with a set of accessories.
