The Fret King Esprit range, introduced in the 1990s, is based on the design of basses popular in the 1960s. While this has fallen into oblivion with the passage of time, that is exactly what this series seeks to rectify. The knobs are partially recessed for an even better look and better control known from professional instruments. The look of this bass certainly doesn't disappoint.
Classic materials, quality workmanship
The proven combination of an alder body and maple neck fitted with an ebony fingerboard delights with a balanced sound, and combined with the Fret King Platinum Series WJM pickups you can expect a punchy and thick sound.
Design from England
The Esprit range was created by Trev Wilkinson and the British Fret King design team.
