Sigma SJM-SG45 is a full-massive electro-acoustic guitar type Slope shoulder Dreadnought, which with its quality of workmanship and playing and sound characteristics can certainly appeal to professional guitarists with high demands.
The front board is made of solid Adirondack spruce, the back and sides of solid mahogany. The combination of these woods guarantees a clear, resonant, balanced sound across the entire frequency range and great dynamic response, making the guitar versatile and a great choice for a wide range of musical styles. Glued to the guitar's mahogany neck is an ebony fingerboard fitted with twenty frets, and orientation is made easy with mother-of-pearl position markers.
The guitar's sound system is provided by an LR Baggs EAS-VTC preamp with controls in the instrument's soundboard. The strings are mounted in Grover quality open nickel mechanics with imitation ivory pegs and an ebony fingerboard. The zero fret and compensated bone saddle ensure ideal vibration transmission of the strings. The stylish design is accentuated by the sunburst finish, imitation tortoiseshell pickguard, decorative rosette, white trim and logo on the headstock.
