LINE 6 DL4 MKII

The Line6 DL4 MKII pedal effect offers the complete sonic arsenal from the original DL4 Delay Modeler, i.e. 14 delay effects, plus 15 new delay effect algorithms taken from the HX and Echo Platter rackmount effects processors and Echo Pro. The pedal effect also includes a looper with mono and stereo connectivity and placement before and after the effects, and the 240 seconds of recording time capacity can be expanded using a microSD card (not included), which can also store loops.

The design of the drivers copies the original DL4, their settings determine the length and number of repeats of the delay effect, the ratio of dry/wet signal, the function of the Tweek/Tweez drivers varies depending on the selected effect. The Alt/Legacy button toggles between MkII and Legacy effects.

Six factory presets (A,B,C,D,E,F) can be accessed via the footswitches of the pedal effect, the other 7 - 128 presets can be accessed via MIDI - MIDI I/O allows you to receive MIDI messages and program changes (PC) from external sources. Connect a microphone or acoustic instrument to the DL4 MKII via the XLR connector, and use the trimmer on the side to adjust the input signal. The USB-C interface is for firmware updates. Use the EXP connector to integrate an external expression pedal (automatic parameter assignment) or FS5/6 switches (expression pedal and switches not included).

All electronics are housed in an aluminum chassis. The DL4 MKII offers buffered, DSP and true bypass circuitry, buffered bypass and true bypass avoid signal to digital conversion by routing the analog signal directly from the input(s) to the output(s). The included 9V adapter is used to power the effect.
