IBANEZ AM53-TF

Ibanez introduced the Artcore series in 2002, and since then these semi-acoustic guitars have been the first on the radar of musicians who want "a lot of music for little money". They are appreciated by guitarists across styles for their balanced tone, long sustain and reliable tuning. AM models differ from standard lubes with a more compact body, which will suit players used to the narrower, more compact bodies of electric guitars.

The AM53-TF's semi-hollow body is made of laminated sapele with contours accentuated by double-sided circumferential binding. Glued to the exotic nyatoh wood neck is a lined walnut fingerboard fitted with twenty-two Medium-sized frets. The strings are mounted in the company's chrome tuning machines and over the Gibraltar Performer headstock in a Quik Change III string changer, which ensures quick and easy string changes.

The versatile Infinity R humbuckers provide a warm, balanced sound that finds use in many genres of music. More specific adjustment of the resulting tone is made possible by the tone diaphragm and volume controls combined with the three-position toggle switch.
