From 2022, the Furch Violet series introduces affordable acoustic guitars in a new all-solidbody design that will impress you with their stylish natural look, quality craftsmanship and superbly balanced sound.
The front of the Grand Auditorium Violet Master's Choice Gc-SM is made from solid A-grade Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are made from solid AA-grade mahogany. The front, back and sides are finished with an Open Pore finish that provides protection for the instrument and promotes the natural sound characteristics of the wood. The excellent acoustic properties of the instruments are enhanced by the special ribbing on the soundboard.
Furch CNR System two-way neck bracing increases the strength, stability and durability of the neck. Orientation on the ebony fingerboard is facilitated by side position markers. Precise and stable tuning is ensured by the company's chrome-plated gears with a gear ratio of 1:18.
The Master's Choice instruments are equipped with high-quality LR Baggs Stagepro Element electronics. The guitar's backlit preamp features an integrated tuner, three-band EQ, notch filter for feedback suppression and a phase reversal button.
Few Czech products have the worldwide reputation of Furch guitars. The company started in 1981 in one of the many garages of socialist Czechoslovakia, still illegal at the time.
