The Digbeth DB-PRE is a compact two-channel bass preamplifier that lets you literally take the massive sound of the amps in this series with you in your pocket. Like its big brothers, this preamp gives you the ability to switch between transistor FET and tube circuitry (or a combination of the two), giving you incredibly wide sonic possibilities with absolute control and ease of use. You can then fine-tune the sound using, for example, the four-band EQ with switchable Low Mid frequencies and the Tilt function, which easily boosts or suppresses the mid and high frequencies, quickly and easily adding clarity and clarity to your final sound, or, conversely, density and roundness.
The preamp is also superbly equipped in terms of connectivity, so in addition to inputs for active and passive instruments, you'll find an aux input, headphone output, line output, effects loop and DI XLR output. Of course, there's a ground switch or a choice of pre/post audio source for the DI output.
