The Affinity Series Stratocaster HSS Pack offers a complete set of equipment for the beginning electric guitar player. And at a very reasonable price.
The poplar body of this Affinity Series Stratocaster is covered in a gloss polyurethane lacquer. Glued to the bolt-on maple neck is a figured fig fingerboard, which replaces the rosewood standard on less expensive models. The fingerboard surface is divided by twenty-one Medium Jumbo frets and imitation mother-of-pearl position dots. A pleasant, narrower "C" neck profile ensures comfortable movement of the hand on the fingerboard and a good fit.
The combination of the company's ceramic magnet humbucker and two single-coil pickups gives the guitar a wide range of tones, so you can try out whether classic rock 'n' roll, country, blues or more modern rock is more to your taste. The character of the sound can be shaped with a volume potentiometer, two tone controls and a five-position pickup switch. The strings are anchored in the company's chrome tuning machines and traditional synchronized tremolo with two-point attachment.
Included in the set is a Fender Frontman 15G transistor guitar combo with 15 watts of power, two channels (clean and overdrive), three-band EQ, headphone output and Aux In input for connecting external multimedia devices, a padded guitar case (gig bag), guitar picks, guitar strap, approximately three metres of instrument cable (the manufacturer specifies ten feet) and access to online guitar lessons on Fender Play for three months.
