The Fender Squier Contemporary Telecaster RH is an affordable instrument that will please both beginners and experienced guitarists who like the now classic shape of electric guitars and prefer a contemporary sound and modern touches.
The body of the guitar is made of poplar. The maple neck and fingerboard have been heat-treated before assembly, which makes the wood more stable. The fingerboard surface is divided by twenty-two jumbo-sized frets and black position dots. Playing comfort is enhanced by a flatter twelve-inch fingerboard radius, a nice narrower "C" neck profile and a rounded neck foot.
The combination of the Squier SQR Atomic mini rail humbucker and the Squier SQR neck humbucker gives the guitar a wide variety of sound positions, plus no annoying accompanying noise. The character of the sound can be shaped using the volume potentiometers, tone shutter and three-position toggle switch. Tuning stability is guaranteed by the string attachment in the Die-Cast mechanism and through the solid fingerboard through the body of the instrument. The stylish look is accentuated by black hardware details and body and headstock colour treatments.
