BOSS DD-8

The Boss DD-8 Digital Delay builds on previous successful models of compact delay pedals from the Japanese brand Boss and expands their offer with new features. Without a doubt, this is the most advanced Boss compact delay pedal to date.

It offers eleven versatile modes including three new delay effects (Warm, +RV, GLT), a looper, standard digital delay, classic ech, impressive shimmer and more, which will delight the hearts of lovers of undulating cascading soundscapes and radical sonic effects. The looper has a 40-second recording time capacity, and all functions can be controlled by the pedal switch. The input for an external footswitch or expression pedal offers wider possibilities for creative expression, where in addition to the looper you can also control the tap tempo function (up to 10 seconds of delay time) or the impressive echoes of the Twist effect. Many will also appreciate the ability to adjust the reverb of the effect or to end it instantly when the pedal is pressed with the Carryover switch.

The pedal's connectors support a variety of wiring methods (mono, stereo, wet/dry wet only, and more). In stereo, you can choose between three output modes - Independent with linked parallel delay effects on the left and right channels, Panning (Ping-Pong effect) and Wide Stereo (greater spatial depth effect).

The box, like all current Boss pedals, operates in Buffered Bypass mode. Power is supplied by a 9V battery or 9V adapter.
