The ergonomically shaped body, the new "Modern D" profile of the maple neck, the rounded edges of the fingerboard and the bevelled neck foot for better control at higher fretboard positions all contribute to the excellent playing characteristics of these instruments. The compound fingerboard radius (10" - 14") and twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets offer an ideal platform for both chord playing and fast shred solos.
Two single-coil Ultra Noiseless pickups give the guitar a vintage and properly rock-distorted sound that is free of annoying hum thanks to Noiseless technology. A volume knob with built-in S-1 switch, a tone shield and a three-position pickup switch are used to adjust the sound. Activation of the S-1 switch changes the connection of the pickups from parallel to serial.
Tuning stability is guaranteed by the attachment of the strings through the bone zero fret in the Deluxe Cast/Sealed Locking mechanism and in the solid six-saddle chrome-plated brass headstock with string anchorage through the body. The guitar's stylish look is accentuated by the company logo on the headstock and a three-layer pickguard in Mint Green, which also protects the lacquer from scratches.
The guitar comes in a case.
